Title: Help with a Pog t340 510c touch screen problem.

I can't set the touch on the pog is there way to reset it manually when I try to calibrated it the lil circles that shows while moving around they only appear on the outer dark blue and black area and I can't make them go to the reset or any squares what would I need to do? Any healp would be appreciated.

What are your dip switch settings and what monitor are you using ?

Only dip switch 1 and 4 are up the rest are down it was working until I started it calibratijng pressing the x on the left then right on the top and it switch out and now I can't do anything  and screen its and LCD I don't know what brand it doesn't having any logo

You can turn the attendant key switch until you highlight the desired button then turn the supervisor key switch to select it.

most of the time 2 and 4 need to be on. There is elo or microtouch settings. 1 should be off. Try that, and there is a pog manual available on here somewhere that has all the dip settings in it, but all the ones i use only have 2 and 4 on. Try that.

I tried that dip switch setting but no work this time I was able to take a pic. The lil round white circles only go that far and I can't get it on the start touch calibration I did it onand I mess up or it something I click the senc x on the blue screen and it exited so now I'm stuck

Have you tried to use attendant key/switch to navigate on the touch screen calibration screen to select the first option I.e, start calibration and then touch on the x to calibrate the screen ...if it still won't let u then u need to remove the bezel from the monitor and clean the edges of the monitor and try again...most of the times there is dirt/dust build up on edges which kills touchscreen sensors...very easy fix
