I have a old IGT Keno machine that as a RGB 1401 monitor that developed a problem with random characters appearing on the screen 'playfield', similar to what I would see on computers (i am in computer repair) where the video memory would go bad. I sent the chassis to Sharp Image Repair in Las Vegas figuring that hey, they are in Vegas and have probably seen RGB monitors before. $150.00 later I get it back and it has such a severe horizontal or vertical issue that I cannot even see if they repaired the original problem! And no, Not matter what I try, I cannot adjust it out.
Attached are pics of:
1. The happy machine before all hell broke loose.
2. The scrambled picture.
3. After I got it back from being 'repaired'.
Can anyone tell me where I could send this monitor to get fixed correctly or any way to adapt the plug so that I could use maybe a Ceronix 1492 monitor? The machine it too nice and fun to play with the nickles clanging in the coin tray to just forget about...... HELP!

Hello
Try turning down the screen control on the flyback?
