Title: Bally V237 clear bookkeeping

Hi
I am looking for info for a bally v2337 video poker machine
All my bookkeeping records became scrambled during a recent battery disconnection
Question is do I have to buy a ram clear prom or is there another way to reset records
If I need chip could someone please point me in the right direction.
I do have a gq-4x programmer so I could purchase files and burn my own chip
