Title: No sound on 044 ... why?

I am bringing a 17 inch 044 back from the dead.  I can't get passed one issue, I can't get any sound out of it!

I have been reading through the archives and trying things:
     Turned it on and off multiple times.  Nothing
     Tried 2 different MPU/boards.  Nothing
     Tried a different Flashboard/game that was tested working in another cabinet.  Nothing

I tracked my harness from the sound card in the top box back to the back plane and it all appears to be hooked up correct?

Anything obvious I missed or should check?

Solved!

I got out the old volt meter and started checking things!  Long story short I wasn't getting any power to the sound card/board in the top box.  Once I got power [12 volts] up to the sound card, Let there be sound...

I ran it around the block a few times and put it back together...

Done...
