Kanomi kv2 Tito set up

Does someone have some comprehensive instructions for setting up a Tito on kv2?

The ones I have are a little vague & I’m not able to set this machine up.

Tried three of the com ports and no luck.

Looks like maybe I have the wrong connection?

This is supposed to be 14 pin, correct?

The laneman:
You have the correct connector.
Should be installed on either CNB35, CNB36, or CNB37 port on the backplane.

I have the Tito plugged into cnb37.

Photos of settings attached.  Seems like it’s all correct,  but no communication.
