That means a moderator found that topic to be potentially very helpful to people in the future who are likely to have the same issue and will now be able to possibly solve it by reading your topic instead of starting a new one with the same question. It puts that topic, along with all other stickied topics in that thread at the top of the list for more easily finding solutions. Along the lines of teaching people to search the library for an answer before asking the question
