:nlg-logo: thank you members for helping me get my machine up and running everything works except tito its a newer os and tito i can set it up after ram clear watching the videos i can set up tito to test print with my name and all but when returning to game play and i go to cash out it says call attendant any help greatly appricated

yes thankfully i was able to set game up with this vid but no tito after game starts

Please look for the appropriate folder when making posts. I will move this from the classifieds

you need to check your cable from the tito board to the backplane, and make sure all the tito wires are intact

I have to ask, do you have a tito unit installed or just a printer? Some get the two confused.

i could be messing it up has a printer for tickets but the bill collector is what accepts the tickets i believe

A Tito board is different than the printer and the BV. If you do not have a TITO unit installed you can not use Tito settings. That is why it is going to handpay. Without a tito board you must use standard NOT SYSTEM setting when setting up machine. A Tito board allows the tickets to be accepted by the machine. Without a Tito board the tickets the printer prints are just souvenirs, the machine will not accept them.
