Title: 1992 grand slam 1 line bally 5000 /error code 4.6. and jp wont clear after ram c

ive cleard this machine several times still come back with error code 4.6. and if you turn jackpot key it comes up jp   then will go back to 4.6. again
im losing hair over this one
46 code is gone
now it says 51
i close the door and hit the jackpot key but nothing happens
