Help with Universal Pachislo lamp driver / schematics

Hello. I have just gotten a Universal Frozen Nights Pachislo machine.
I'm completely new to these machines but I was once a pinball / arcade tech in the 90's.
I'm trying to track down an issue with one skill stop button's LED not lighting. It lights in game mode but not in the attract / standby mode. Seems like these 3 LEDs are brighter in game mode and should be dimmer in attract mode. Wiring and LED look good back to the mother board but I have no schematics (or any service manual.) Can anyone tell me where the lamp driver circuitry is for these skill stop buttons? I'm hoping this is something repairable without a ton of specialty components. It already looks like I have to buy a big bag of tokens this week to fill this empty hopper in the bottom!
