anyone have voltage information for testing why i have no red light? and why the green wires?

The red LED on the game board never turns on it is for the serial comm.The green wires are for a conversion from a 906 III game board to a 906 turbo game boardit makes it faster and increase the ROM size so larger programs will fitthe board runs off of 5 volts dc, 12 volts dc and 15 volts ac
the 15 volts is used to test the 120 v ac from the wall if it is low the game will not come upthere is a small control pot near the board conn.Doyle
