Title: Alpha set-up, button deck confusion

I have 2 Bally Alphas I'm trying to set up. During the set-up, when it comes to choosing the button panel, it gives me the option to choose from 5, 11, 14 and 16 button deck.

Both of these machines have 8 button decks...

For those button panel types, you select 11 button panel type.

After selecting 11 button deck, I don't see where I can select the bet amounts to match my button...20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 credits.

You select that in game setup where the maxbet options are.  You don't really have an 11 button deck, so you will have to select your max bet x lines to coincide with your button stickers.
