Title: jurisdiction country code

I recently got a new board for my bally alfa and after clearing ram I get error of jurisdiction country code 1 does not match bill validator 0.
I tried putting the little jurisdiction chip from the old board into the new one but getting same error. Validator was working fine before with US bills.

Bally alpha's need to have matched country sjurs with validators.  If you swap sjurs, you need to do a clear.
