Title: Have you ever seen this IGT s+

I just acquired this machine , I have never seen a IGT s+ game like this before,  the reels are on top horizontal, the middle glass is the payoff.  I got this from a long time collecter in Missouri.  I would appreciate any answers it was made in 1996

I can't tell you much but I've seen a few over the years on ebay. I know there pretty rare.
