Title: Top dollar aux vfd

Hi, I have bin working on a five reel 25 line top dollar machine. The machine works fine until you hit the bonus. At the very end of the bonus round it comes up with the error (aux VFD hardware error). The aux VFD works fine in a 3 reel top dollar ,and I have switched out just about every other part in the machine.

The PSR sheet for the SB chip should tell you what auxiliary display firmware should be in your game.

Thank you for the reply, I meant to say aux dot matrix hardware error. Do you know of anyone who can update the firmware in one of these displays?

Was the display working before is did this just start happening?
History of the machine will help us, help you.
What SB chip do you have installed on the MPU?
