:Scratch-Head: Can anybody tell me if my machine can even be fixed... I have a 1997 VLT (Video Lottery Technology,Inc) GREAT WHITES/WINNING TOUCH with a black screen message: 1st line RESET FAIL / 2nd line 13 / 3rd line BATTERY LOW Both Back UP and Ram. Can I fix it myself or bring it into somebody? Coming from Pahrump NV.
