Title: System Error CDS Boot Scootin

OK, changed out the power supplies and the game board for a Boot Scootin CDS game.
I see that I turn counter clockwise, can get to initialize game, says to birth the machine.

I install the birth chips, and nothing. I get the last 3 power lights on the board and nothing on the display.

The chips are"
RS-V006 V2.12g8 U64 birth chip CKSM: 02AE
RS-V006 V2.12g8 U63 birth chip C F845

The game ships are also the same 2.12g version and displays that on start up of the machine.
When I turn the machine on, the reels also do not initialize. Not sure if that's normal when the game needs birthed.

Any help? I'm totally lost unless these chips are wrong.

Check chips you must have 4 lites in a row 1 of them blinking

I need those exact chips!   aaarrgghhh

(try putting U64 in U63 and U63 in U64)  Swap them around.

Can I barrow a time machine?
