Title: Williams stampede plus

This machine is showing a coin jam error. Can not get it to clear. Was working fine no problem at all. Was away from it for 30 minutes. when I came back to it it was showing the error. Can it be just the comparitor?  Thanks

Optics under the coin comparitor need cleaned.
