Paid on line for an item, beginning of May, has not shipped and they do not answer email asking on status

Paid on line for an item, beginning of May, has not shipped and they do not answer email asking on status
I purchased a piece of glass, it arrived broken, was told I would have to file a claim with the shipping company which I did.
The shipping company made the adjustment to Rudys and I have been out my glass and payment.
This was a few years ago, I have finally given up, I guess they won.
