Title: Aristocrat Paltronics Controller

Hi All,


Glad to be a part of this forum, for newbies like me in the Casino Gaming Industry this forum is a big help!


I would like to ask the Guru's re: an Aristocrat Jackpot Controller by Paltronic, we are trying to set-up 14 Gen7 but this controller can only recognizes 9 and the rest are showing Comm Problem. we don't have any manual available and after exhausting the internet I still couldn't find it.


Current Setup:


Machines: 14 Gen7 Viridian Machines
Controller: Paltronic Controller (pls. see pic)
Currency: Vientnamese Dong


As per original setup, SEI Controller is daisy link from the 1st GM to the 14th, Controller error displays machines 8, 11, 12, 13 & 14. Been trying to figure out this for 2 straight days and lost the appetite to continue working on it.  :fryingpan:


If anyone does have an operating manual and if someone could walk me through the process of connecting those 14 machines it would be highly appreciated.
