Title: JCM Sentry for Bally Alpha

Hey guys,


Do you know if JCM makes a Sentry for a Bally Alpha.  I have a UBA in mine and I was curious if any of you guys have seen these or run them in your machines.

I just saw a WBA/UBA sentry bezel on a T32 machine in Vegas this last week.  So it exists, I've never seen one for sale though.  The actual panel is smaller than the plexi that it replaces so it has some metal bar "brackets" above and below it.  Wish I would have taken a photo, first and only time I've ever seen one on an alpha 1 machine.

Jeff, so I found one and I have the hardware installed.  The unit shipped with a really long cable.  I have the 5 pin connector going into the Sentry pcb as shown in the photo, but I’m trying to figure out where the other end goes.  See molex in photo that I’m holding.  Where does that other end plug into?  Is this what yours looks like?  Am I missing anything?

I can’t find any connector on the back of my UBA.  I have a 4 pin molex (circled), but the molex on the Sentry accommodates 6 pins. 


That said, do I need to order another harness like the following?  This one that SPIN has appears to be for an Alpha and has a connection for a 6 pin molex.

Those 3 wires from Sentry go to the back of the UBA connector in a bundled harness.  So looks like you need that cable from Spin.
