Title: Konami AD+ error "Going To Sleep"

I have a Konami Advantage + that has not been turned on in a few months. It worked fine then, now, I get NO Signal on top screen and small screen says No Signal then says Going To Sleep, 3 beeps and machine does nothing. I checked all the plugs, lockouts and batteries on CPU. I tried to clear it with clear card but screen does the same thing - going to sleep. Any ideas what is causing this or what to look for ?
