machine was working find don't have correct comparator , so played by adding credits at the BV ,was just playing off of credits so I didn't have any coins in the hopper , when I ran out of credits I got a empty hopper error .I put about 100 tokens in it thinking that clear it but didn't work also tried reset key I tried another hopper from same type machine ,no change. ..during startup should I hear anything at hopper. it does nothing, and is it a way to test in machine

got error cleared, machine up and running. only can play off credit although hopper is full of tokens , I can't cash out ,machine will go in a empty hopper error .and is locked there because hopper must not be getting power, I tried another hopper from identical machine and same thing . only way I could get rid of error was to clear the rams . Is there a setting that could be off that control the hopper.

Did you check the fuses for the hopper? Have you performed the hopper self test?

did a second ram clear and worked perfectly
