Title: Need SET chip help?

I cleared my sigma 1700 and no longer boots to game.  It said machine error please install set chip.  Where can I find one I've looked everywhere.  Is there a way to clear without needing a set chip ?  Please anyone direct me to where I may find one or way to reclear without needing set chip manual states after Dallas clear cabinet goes to default settings.  Y does mine say I need chip?  Any help would b appreciated .  If u have a set chip I can buy/borrow/rent I'd appreciate it

Im having same issue with my 1700, did you ever get past this? Find a set chip? Im ready to throw this thing out the window......
