Help needed - S2000 Bonus Sizzling 7's - no audio when 777 hits

Hi All,

I have a new-to-me Bonus Sizzling 7's. The machine is in excellent shape inside and out. Everything seemed perfect for the first few weeks, so I ordered a TITO board along with the clear and key chips, and when thru that process with no glitches.

Today I am playing the game and hit 777 for the first time. At first I thought the game malfunctioned because there was no sound at all, just the spin reels button lit up. I pressed that, then the bonus game up top started flashing no sound. Once it finished and I got my bonus, it made sound paying out the bonus and everything was normal. I played a bunch more and the exact same thing happened when I hit 777 again.

I went into the sound settings menu and looked around, but obviously nothing says "don't play sounds when there is a big win"... lol.

My chips are:

Stepper Base SB100021
Stepper GME1 SG000598 (1 of 2 and 2 of 2)
Version Chip VS011GX1
SNDF DSV00042

From my googling around, that seems to be right (but I am a newbie).

Can anyone suggest troubleshooting steps or anything look amiss above?

Wrong SIMM. DSV00015 is specifically for that game.
