Hi guys,  Has anyone had any dealing with this company?  I am in the middle of a deal with them and just wondering what other's experiences have been.

I recently contacted them about a topper insert they said they had and I attempted to pay for it but my Paypal payment was returned to me. Something about they had no account. Since then they don't reply to my messages. I gave up.


Kind of a strange experience.

I have had a terrible experience with this company.  My contact was John.  I ordered a topper for my 12 Times Pay.......they said it was in stock.  After one month of sending him emails......I finally started calling him.  After two more weeks of calling him....he said he would send me an alternative topper at no charge and refund my money for the topper I wanted (12 Times Pay).  After two months of calling and emailing......I still do not have my refund. 


I would not recommend using this supplier.

File a complaint with the Texas Consumer Protection Office, it is easy to do online and it goes directly to the office of the Texas State Attorney General.

Also, how did you pay them? The payment method may give you some recourse. If by credit card then contact the customer service of your credit card company, phone number on back of card. If you paid by paypal file a complaint with paypal about this company, or call paypal and tell them what happened. Tell them you never received what you paid for. All credit card companies let you "dispute" a charge made to the card, and not receiving what you paid for is certainly a good reason.

Seriously, you can put pressure on this company by taking action. Companies like this have a business license that they can lose. Not only get your money back but maybe it will help prevent someone else from having a similar problem with them.

I own the business Texas Slots & Gaming. I'm sorry that you are having issues. I can not figure out how to add shipping in for parts/machines on my website. Which is why I do not respond to a lot of sales inquiries. If I could figure this out it would be a more seamless process, but unfortunately I have not. I do not think a complaint is necessary, however you may do as you please. Paypal automatically refunds your money once a claim has been filed. I'm not in the business of keeping anyone's money nor do I intend to have dissatisfied customers. If you have a problem, reach out to me and I will do the best I can to help.

I reached out to you and you stopped responding. What about that oval Game King topper insert you said you had ? You gave me pricing and stopped responding after my PayPal payment was returned. Do you really have the insert ?

We have corresponded many time (email and phone)......and you have stated that you would refund my money.   If you do that (refund my money) I will post that here.....but until you refund my money.....I stand by my statement that I would not do business with you.

I have sent you another email.  We will see if you answer it, and give me my refund.
