They told me: â€œThereâ€™s no way this is our boardâ€

I'm writing in reference to your call yesterday and your New Life Games post about your "damaged or non-working" board. We saw your pictures that you posted and it confirmed what we spoke about yesterday that there is no damage to your board or erosion on the battery. The board looks in excellent and brand new condition. We take pride in our service and before anything leaves our doors to be shipped it is checked thoroughly by 3 people. That board had a brand new battery installed and was tested in 2 different machines. We offer tech support and it was also offered to you yesterday as you stated you were having door open errors therefore that is not the board it is a door problem. If you would like your money back please ship the board back to us so that we may issue you a full refund which we also stated to you yesterday. If you have any other concerns please let us know and reach out to us first!

Patricia: Thank you for confirming what I said, or didnâ€™t say (I never posted about a "damaged or non-working board". I simply called your company for some help and was greeted by a very unwelcoming defensive attitude. After I posted I received a phone call from your company and your employee stated he called because, in his words â€œI was throwing a hissy fit on New Life Gamesâ€.
And! Thank you again for reaffirming your companyâ€™s perception of â€œExcellent and brand new conditionâ€. Let me reiterated that I have done nothing to this board. It is exactly as I receive it from Game King Slots.Dial in the bifocals folks and letâ€™s go for a ride! Buy from them as you please!

I wish I saw this in early 2020... I purchased 2 slot machines from them... Ended up getting 2 VERY expensive paperweights..

VERY BAD COMPANY!!
