I'm not going to mention the member's name. They said I could wait until their check cleared before sending their part. I got their check and an email this past Tuesday and put the check in the bank the same day. I send the part out on Wednesday without waiting. I received the first message from them and my message wasn't delivered because their mailbox is full. I can't tell you I received your check and you can't get your tracking info because of that. So the second message I replied just in case they may have emptied their mailbox. Nah, it was still full. So tonight I get this message ...
Ken, When will you send my board. My check cleared the bank. I have not had a response from you.
Yes there was a response. I'm not that type of person to leave you hanging.
They would have had they emptied their mailbox or been a contributing member.
That's my 2 cents worth tonight.

That's frustrating!
If this happens again, let me know. I can PM's to full boxes (My messages break through!) and tell them to empty their dang mailbox. :fryingpan:

Thanks Mark.
Not this time and maybe not the next time. I even took a sharpie and wrote on the box their mailbox was full. They will probably get it tomorrow.

For whatever reason, this reminds me of those old John Houseman commercials for smith barney, but with a twist.
"He sends messages the old fashioned way, he mails them!" LOL.

When I posted that glass and stuff for that lady, I was going nuts trying to reply to members with full message boxes.... :duh:
I TOTALLY get what you mean Ken.

Been there, done that numerous times. I have in the past went to a member's post & replied: Empty your inbox so I can reply to your PM. Sometimes that works.
-
Sorry guys. But I am new to this site. Didn't know that the mailbox had a limit. I will do better

When you clean out you mailbox don't forget the sent folder.
If it gets full your inbox will be empty and you'll still not be able to receive mail.

Or just become a contributing member. Just sayin.... :cool_thumb_up:

I cleared my inbox but where is my sent folder?

After clicking on PM messages box click on messages, it will list inbox and sent messages.
