Displays NETPLEX link is down flashes on the display screen when I start my machine. Thats all it does

That message is on your blue VFD display panel.
Open the door and look towards the bottom somewhat on the left hand side of the machine where the MPU is located.
You see all those amber, green and single red LED's like in the photo below?
Is the bottom red LED lit up on the MPU when the machine is turned on?
It would be the LED just above the little white test button.

Hey Happy Friday!! Yes when I start up the machine the red led light flashes once every second. 1 of the orange lights blinks with it too. Thanks

What does it mean if that red light is lit up or flashing?

It means that the MPU is not booting the game software correctly.  Most likely causes may be the MPU is bad, the game software is bad (or installed incorrectly).
