When I select Cashout the machine prints a ticket and I then get a Printer Paper Error, Closure M and Call Attendant on the VFD. I have to open the door and pull the printer forward (WBA-13-33 printer). The printer will have a flashing Error. I can then hit the Feed button and it will very slightly advance the ticket and the flashing Error will go away. To clear the VFD faults I have to close the door and cycle the lock a couple of times (which is normal for clearing faults) and the machine works fine. I don’t know if its a printer issue that can be resolved or if it’s time for a new printer?

Correction the Printer is not a WBA-13 printer. That was my BV from the last topic that I took a picture of. The numbers that are on the Printer is the Serial #, PSA-66-001N, 600316 and ***30916600*** my assumption it’s the PSA-66-001N.

yes it's a Future Logic PSA-66-001N
Sounds like the feed rollers need to be cleaned. you can also see if there is dust or debris in there when you lift the printer head.

Took the printer out, blew all of the dust from inside and out, cleaned the roller and reinstalled it. Still had the error so I took paper from one of my other slots and installed it and everything works as advertised! So now this machine is 100% and ready for business! Thanks for the help!
