Title: Button replacement

I need to replace a button on an MK6.  Is there an easy way to do this?  It appears that the easiest way to remove and replace a multiplier button is to remove the button panel.

Clip out the lens cap & difuser then there are a couple of screws holding the assy into the panel.

The button has two protrusions on each side.  If these are pushed in toward the button, it can be lifted out the top of the panel. The issue is lack of space to reach in and squeeze 4 clips.  It's also difficult to get the electrical connector off, as the side that holds it onto the button is facing the outside, and is difficult to reach.  I thought taking the panel out would allow me to reach these things.
