Title: Sigma DBV-145-SG bill validator will not except bills

I have a Sigma slant top poker machine PT-2B, when enabling the bill validator in the set up, the bill validator runs backwards for minute or so and a error massage appears on the screen saying "validator fault no vend data" and the machine locks up it will not accept coins.  With the bill validator disabled the machine works great just wont accept bills.  If anybody has a suggestion on how to resolve this problem I would appreciate your help. Thanks

Sounds like the bill validator works fine.
Does your BV have a stacker?
