Title: polygon topper base, is there a way to light this up?

I've been installing some polygon toppers on my S2000 machines.

I picked this one up off epay. The base is different than most of the polygon topper bases I've seen. I have the topper working, but has anyone managed to wire up this base so that LED strip under the etched acrylic lights up?

I have two more toppers coming next week,i will post some pictures on how to do it. Here is another S+ and S2000 with them installed

I designed/machined some polygon topper adapter bases for some of my toppers.
