Sorry if this is a simple question.
I saw a post on another forum where a Bally S5500 owner couldn't reset his machine after a hand-pay jackpot. I looked here and at the online manual referenced and didn't see any answer to the question other than the generic turn reset key response. Does it take something more than that?
Some corrections... just figured out this is a 5500 not the 6000 I originally posted this as. I did see a jumper reset procedure but I can't believe there isn't a simple hand pay key reset instead of that?
Update: found the post showing the reset key wires and asked to see if they are connected.
