Please reply if you have purchased something from me and are dissatisfied, frustrated or confused. Also please reply if I have offered assistance or knowledge and it was incorrect or incomplete.
I am not looking for kudos at all, I am just wanting any negative feedback please. Seriously, I need feedback..

Well I did purchase a button panel that had a bad button precisely as you described. I promptly got it fixed with a new chip, and cleaned up good as new, as I planned. It's in service doing great this afternoon. A good deal for me.

So in short my two purchases have been fab, and would do more when they come up.
