Title: How would I read the % payout sheet?

I have stumbled on it before, but not cannot find it...  Google was no help either...   How do I read this?

EX:  what does Hit Freq mean?  Stops?  Top Award (Hits/Cycle), and Win Freq?
Also, what is the formula for finding out how many cycles a machine has?
Since this particular one has (64)AAA is the formula 64x64x64?  Which BTW would be 262,144
