Title: WMS BB2 can not use netplex to print voucher, always shows "hand pay"

Hello everyone,


I have a WMS BB2 with JCM BV and Gen2 voucher printer. I tried both videos on youtube (

) for setting with and without TITO, but it always shows "hand pay" notice when I click collect button. Does anyone know how to make it right?

Can you go into diagnostic and print out a test ticket?  Are you sure your printer has the correct firmware for your game?

Yes, I can print test print voucher under diagnostic page and device page. So that makes me wonder what could be the problem. Thank you!

Is validation set to standard in sas settings?

I set it to "System" to keep the voucher out setting available.

You need to have a Jurisidiction Chip that allows Stand Alone Printer


New Jersey will not allow this unless you add on a TITO System


We have all the Jurisdiction Chips that will allow Stand Alone Printer if you need

Without a TITO board, system will always handpay because it cannot communicate with the "system"  If standard is not available, you need to obtain a SJUR that allows for standard.  It will print the ticket, but the machine will not accept it back.  You will need a TITO board for that to work.

I think i need more info.
I set up my bb2.
But i dont have the STANDARD option..
Only have system, and enhanced.
I picked the system. I get hand pay as well..no ticket.


MY Question is.. if i get a tito board , do i still need a chip to print?
Or just buy a tito board and change to enhance to print tickets.

If you get a tito board, you don't have to change the jurisdiction chip and it will allow for ticket accepatance as well (tickets printed by your system)
