Got call attendant message - turn operator key and message says nvram battery 1 and 2 are low on my bally alpha 2 v22/22. I know everyone suggests changing all batteries at once (1 on backplane and 2 on cpu I’ve heard). What are these batteries called (are they all the same)? Where can I buy them (link)? How do I replace them, where are they located? Any help appreciated! Thanks folks!

Note and unplug everything from your mpu/brain box, remove, You will see 2- horizontal thick batteries in the holders-CR2477N, On the backplane -Back of cab on green board you will see a button cell batt. in a chrome holder-top middle-remove and match up-forgot that #. You can buy these batteries at a lot of places. After replacement you will have to clear and re-install your game. Good Luck.

Thanks - any chance you can send me a link to where to buy?

yea, e-bay or anywhere that sells batteries. It's pretty easy to find them. The thick ones are kinda costly but if you by in bulk-cheaper.

For the record, after you replace battery, you can just use a clear 360 and re-setup game. No need to re-install.
