In 2014 I acquired UBA-10 for S2000, someone helped me With newer firmware
It worked great after update
I had to put the machine in storage for almost five years
Now it cycles like it clearing a jam in the validator happens every 1-2 minutes
I do not remember what I did after the update to get it working
Any help will be appreciated

Did you try reflashing to see if that fixes it? Check gears on cash can make sure they spin and are no "jammed".
-
I did refresh with the firmware someone sent me, from 2014
Cash can works in WBA-12
Left side gears spin as tries to clear the jam
So I can power it I have a temp harness made that uses the 12V from the AC Distribution unit
Which has a 12V & 5V Switch Mode Power Supply in it
also handy for powering my Arduino based TITO (5V)

So when you power it only with power and no signal cabling, does it still do the behavior every 2 minutes or so? It's like the thing is rebooting? Maybe your main power supply is erratic? Do you have another one to try?

It does the same thing whether its connected fully to the machine supply or standalone (only power)
WBA-12 cycles and works fully when connected to machine, which I installed right away due to issue with the UBA
It is an issue with the UBA-10
I only have one UBA-10 and a couple of WBA-12
I checked voltages, first rule of troubleshooting all within spec.

There's probably an issue with your transport then, since the cash can works on a WBA. Maybe you can have the transport tested by someone who has a known working system.
-
The UBA the head and transport are single unit, unlike the dbv and wba.
Chassis has couple gears and levers to interface UBA to cash can
I’m going to decode error flashing on led
I just remembered it flashes the error code

I am thinking it has major issues beyond my expertise
Any sensor test I get red flashing LED
Quick reference guide does not explain enough about the led modes for sensor test
