Title: Alpha Power Progressive Double Wild Rose Clear Card

Hello all seems I might have to clear my machine but I do not have a clear card for it the OS card number is AVOS00000336-05
does any one know what clear card I would need and where I could get one, can't get it to boot up completely reels still want to spin
and sometimes the progressive jackpots are blacken out ,   thank you for any help Mike
