Title: Need payout info for a V2000 slot

I'm just about finished rebuilding a V2000 slot and need it's payout information in order to have some glass made.  This machine began its life as a 3 reel Mystery Jackpot V-2096-47,  but the program was corrupt and the replacement is a 4 reel fruit, bars and 7s. Below are pictures of the Prom info as well as a reel picture for reference. I've searched for pictures of glass for this game hoping to find the payout, but no luck. 


I'm also looking for V2000 slot manuals (I have V1000 info) and any pictures of V1000/V2000 slot games.

I'm doing some Bally "housecleaning." Did you get an answer to this, and get your manuals? I'm kind of thinking you must have by now.
