Title: Question on credit limits setup
Post by: dailey on August 20, 2020, 01:07:27 PM
I have a question about setting up the Credit Limits on an Alpha 2. I noticed there is a jackpot limit of $1,200.00 and it seems this value cannot be changed. Is this to force a hand pay for IRS reasons ?  Is there a way I can increase the value ? I would like all wins to go to credit.

Yes for IRS.  There may be a different jurs chip you can use that will allow no limit.  I have not looked into that yet.

There's is a Generic Alpha US sjur that lifts the jackpot limit.  It is often offered up for sale on E-bay.  Though I'm sure if you place an ad for one, someone here will also chime in.

Rick, is this the same chip used for A1's?  If so, I should have some.
