The high voltage circuit is not very involved.
There is a fuse for the high voltage, check it to be sure it has been tampered with. As in wrapped in foil.
Check for any related wires that could be resting on the hopper near the back of the machine or touching the case.
Burn marks on the hopper chassis or the case near the back is an indicator.

Check all the wires related to the hopper motor for being loose or worn through as to cause a short.

The payout relay has white / blue wires check them as they conduct high voltage.

Look into the timer bottom left of the machine. Coins occasionally will lodge upon the wire connections causing a short.

I’ve seen excessive solder making contact with other parts and globs of solder fall between contacts.
This rarely happens, but it’s something to look for especially if recent soldering has been do.

Herbie,

It appears you got it going.

So what was the problem with the machine?

Hi David, honestly I don't know exactly, the big resistor was not connecting well, resoldered, the condensator at the bottom of the hopper I resoldered and checked all conections and wires to make sure they were not touching anything, happens thanks Herbie
