Title: CDS HEART THROB ERROR CODE 82

OK I HAVE A CUSTOMER WITH THIS MACHINE.HAD A DEAD BATTERY SO I REPLACED IT,NOW GETTING SYSTEM ERROR SCROLLING AND 82 IN THE CREDITS IN WINDOW.THE RESET KEY HAS NO EFFECT FOWARD OR BACKWARD/DOOR OPENED OR CLOSED.LOOKS LIKE I MAY NEED THE BIRTHING CHIPS? IF SO WHO HAS THEM? DID SOME SEARCHING BUT HAVE NOT FOUND THEM.OR AM I MISSING SOMETHING SIMPLE? THANKS FOR THE HELP   JAMES

CDS machines hurt my head to even think of  :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: , but from what I remember, after a battery change, you must set the date. Seems like you can get by without the birthing chips. Maybe look in the manual on how to set the date and see if you're able to do that.


I really hope, for your sake, that you don't need the birthing chips, as they can be almost impossible to find.

that is the problem the reset key does not get me into menu when I turn it counter clockwise.

 -303A
 -303B
 -C310B
