Title: How to make a serial cable to connect between your PC and a Mikohn controller

The attached .pdf shows what pins need to be connected to make a the special serial cable to connect between your computer (with the PSP software) and your Mikohn progressive meter/controller to communicate with it.

I didn't create the file -- I'm just posting it here to help someone in the future.
