Title: G23 printer issue

My printer will sometimes print very faint tickets.  Then randomly perfect tickets.  Any idea what could be the issue?

my tickets that have MLife on the back always print bold great tickets.

I recently put replacement tickets that are generic with the disclaimer on the back....the print is much lighter  :Scratch-Head:

Yeah that seems to be the issue.  My blank back tickets work perfect.  The generic with the disclaimer on the back often come out lighter and cause issues.
