I just bought it a IGT Deuces Wild draw poker
It has the battery low error
Owner replaced battery looks good
Does machine have a chip reset?
I have tried to use reset key with holding button and nothing happens.
Will be bringing home machine tomorrow for better pics
Might date 3/96

Do you have a picture of the machine?
Assuming it's a Player's Edge Plus, based on where you created your post, there is no reset chip needed after a battery change. If the machine is still indicating that the battery is low, the replacement battery is either dead or did not get soldered to the MPU board correctly.

Pretty sure Not touch screen.

I'll put a voltmeter on battery tomorrow

Did you hold in the self test button until you hear a DING then close the door and turn the jackpot rest key?

Their was two white buttons on machine a fat one on the right side & thin one on the left I flipped the ppower switch held the button in but nothing happened never heard a thing might be doing it wrong tried holding the button after powered up. Nothing worked

The machine in the picture you posted is an IGT Player's Edge Plus machine with an embedded bill validator.
My earlier comment stands -- if it's still showing a Low Battery error message, either the battery is dead or it is not installed correctly. No amount of button pushing or key turning will change that.
