Title: Key clear and configuration

Been having issues with machine, decided to try ram clear and config to see if that helped. During the process, I am not getting the full configuration menu. I bought this machine second hand and went through this before with same issue. The key configuration has 7.1.1 7.1.2 7.1.3 ..  not getting any 7.1.x.x at all. Anyone experienced this?

You have to push the spin button in order to enter the menu. Then navigate the menu with the service and cash out buttons. Key chip instructions can be found in the S2000 FAQs and how to guides.

Yes, I understand that. When I hit spin, it only lets me set a domination. No other menu options.

Could any of the chips installed be an issue?
Version Chip VS009GX0
Stepper Gme1 SG00098
Stepper Gme2 SG00098
Stepper Base SB100005

I don't think your version chip is multi-denom. Ending in X0 is usually single denom.

I highly recommend replacing those SG and version chips with SG000363 and VS011GX1. Irregardless, after setting the denom you should be able to exit (play max) and go down to the next setting using the buttons.

Where is best place to get them? Ebay can't find VS011GX1

Thanks for those chips, finally got game working as it should. Now only issue is a clicking noise. Anyone experienced this.

Those are the hard meters clicking.  You can put a jumper on the harness and leave them unplugged.
