Title: changing out crt to lcd on igt gameking cabinet issue

 I purchased a 17 inch lcd 19 pin monitor unit for my igt game king. I took out the crt and put in the lcd unit.  monitor has video. getting an error "touch screen non volatile device error" I turn the key a couple of times to calibrate, but no matter where I touch, nothing. please help!

Looks to me like the long white ribbon connector is on backwards.  See pic:
