my friend has this machine. he was gone for 4 days and left the game on while he was gone.we he returned home the tower light (bottom only )was on and getting different numbers flashing in payout window. the numbers are.( .4)then( 5.4) and then(4.3) they follow each other.in the window bellow that is the number 0 264 reset key does nothing any thoughts before I go look at it? Thanks James

Open and close the door and see if it clears. Turn the power off and back on and see if it clears.
