WMS BB 1 Printer Paper Low

New to all of this, but got a BB1 Goldfish game and since I got it, it says Printer paper low in the setup screen and the top candle light is flashing. So any help. The printer says on top GEN 2 (maybe 3 as it's in a weird font) RS232. Printer works fine and has a new stack of tickets in it.

ON a side note when I start the machine I always get Restart in the bottom center of the screen and in the bottom right of the screen CLOSUREM. When I put money in they both disappear. Just wondering what it's referring to.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's like all the idiot lights that come on when you turn the key in your car...they all go away when the motor starts.  :rotfl:

Did you feed the paper INTO the printer head?
Feed it with the end that has the black marks on the TITO paper.
If you get a green led light on the right hand side of the printer, it should be good to go.
If not, you have to open the door, push the setup button and go enable the printer as "Netplex" in the device settings.

The printer works and the green light is on. I turned it on today and it was fine, no "printer paper low" so we'll see when I start it up tomorrow.
